Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, recently expanded its branch network with the opening of a new branch in Motor City. The addition to the bank’s existing branch network is in keeping with Emirates NBD’s commitment to offer customers a multi-channel offering, be it via physical, online or mobile platforms, to fulfil their banking needs. 

 

Conveniently located on Detroit Road, the main street in the neighbourhood, the Motor City branch can be easily accessed by customers in the busy residential areas of Motor City, Sports City and Arabian Ranches. The branch offers a suite of the bank’s products and services including a 24-hour accessible ATM and personal banking advisory services, and is operational between 9 and 3pm, Saturday to Thursday.

 

Commenting on the new branch, Ahmed Al Marzouqi, General Manager, Retail Distribution at Emirates NBD said, “With customer convenience at the heart of our retail offering, Emirates NBD has invested in creating one of the largest branch and ATM networks in the UAE, in addition to well-developed digital and mobile banking channels. The opening was attended by senior bank officials, with select Emirates NBD customers invited to meet their residential service ambassadors.
