Marking the Ramadan festivities, Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi will dish out authentic Iftar offerings in a vibrant, yet a traditional setting of the Urban Kitchen restaurant. Savour the finest selection of delicacies from around the world, especially Middle Eastern and Turkish culinary favourites amidst an enthralling live music entertainment. 

 

There can’t be a better way to break the fast. The hotel invites guests to simply indulge in a lavish Iftar buffet encompassing a wide range of Arabic dishes, live cooking stations and sweets, prepared exclusively for the occasion of Ramadan.

 

According to Executive Chef Christophe Gavois “This Ramadan, our Syrian origin Head Chef Aiham Ali and his brigade of Arabic chefs shall put their best foot forward to bring out myriad food flavours, thus pleasing every palate and taste. The main highlights of the buffet include the world famous Lamb Ouzi, Hot & Cold Mezzeh, Live Shawarma and Falafel stations, Mixed Grills along with a choice of freshly baked Arabic breads.”

 

Additionally, the extensive buffet spread would include mouth-watering dishes such as Shoukaf (lamb fillet cubes with onion), Kabab Orfaly (beef and vegetable skewers), Lebanese Loubia Bil Lahmeh (green beans in tomato sauce) and Moroccan Tagine Chicken with Apricots.

 

The Iftar buffet is priced at: 

AED 159 net including free flow of Ramadan juices, soft drinks and water 

AED 80 net for children between 6 and 12 years old.

It is complimentary for children of 6 years of age and below.
