The President of Darwiche Worldwide Legacy and Nehme Imad Darwiche will address the forum at the Gulf & Indian Ocean Hotel Investors’ Summit (GIOHIS) 2017, held in Abu Dhabi from 6-7 February.

 

The GIOHIS is a special program focused on Hotel Real Estate Investors, Developers and Franchisees, and discusses topics ranging from owner concerns to interests where each session will impart original and valuable information and insights. 

 

Nehme said, “GIOHIS not only brings persons of the industry together, but also creates constructive panels who talks on the burgeoning trends in global and local business. I am honored to be given a platform to open a discourse on new business opportunities and niches in the region.”

 

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the young Lebanese hotelier founded Darwiche Worldwide Legacy (DWL) in 2010, and ultimately launched a luxury hospitality brand founded on a noble Bedouin culture in 2011. From hotel operator to investor, DWL has aggressively explored potential business opportunities beyond the hospitality industry. Today DWL has so far been successful in overseeing two hotel brands and a number of business ventures under its umbrella. A list of investment projects is also underway for development in the UAE and elsewhere.
