Culinary Ambassador of AFOC&H discusses the success of Catering & Banqueting

 The significant Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel takes a great deal of pride in organizing events related to catering & banqueting. They have become highly competent and well known for delivering exceptional service and fine cuisine and beverages.  The Executive Chef Karsten Gottschalk praises the team efforts for catering and banqueting that make possible for the Club & Hotel to achieve their targets throughout the year. 

Chef Gottschalk said, “I have a team of over 200 hardworking chefs at AFOC&H for catering and events who deliver impeccable standard of service and cuisine to the taste of each and every person that eats food prepared by us. We also have 250 other chefs for outside events that are hosted by AFOC&H that occur outside the premises of the club and hotel. In addition, there are around 130 stewards that strain on making every detail right. It does not stop here, our support teams safety, hygiene and transportation teams are always on the spot as well.”

Since the beginning of this year the events happening at the hotel are getting bigger and better. We received more requests for wedding this year than the past. In addition, the restaurants performance is outstanding as well especially Al Bathna with the themed nights especially the seafood night!. To keep our customers coming and trying different Foods, we change the menu regularly and come up with interesting promotions on a regular basis to keep things happening.
