CMA CGM Group announces the evolution of its JEDDEX service

Following the launch of the JEDDEX service between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and East Africa in March, CMA CGM Group a world leader in shipping a logistics, is pleased to announce its expansion, which aims to broaden its port coverage in the Red Sea and East Africa.

Two direct weekly calls at Aqaba and Ain Sokhna ports will be added to the routing, offering a competitive transit time between the Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Jordan, Mogadishu and Mombasa, in addition to a wider offer for the Intra Red Sea Market.

The new JEDDEX rotation will allow the dry and reefer shipments to reach Ain Sokhna from Jeddah, and Jeddah from Aqaba in shorter delays. The Jeddah hub will ensure smooth connections to Yemen, Somaliland, Eritrea and Sudan.

With this extension, the Group continues to contribute to the economic development of the country and strengthen its service offering in the Kingdom. With its 23 weekly services and 31 weekly calls, CMA CGM Group offers end-to-end solutions and services connecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the rest of the world.
