Citymax Hotels, the hospitality division of the Landmark Group has been honored with a World Travel Award, in the “World's Leading Budget Hotel Brand 2016” category. The accolade was announced on during the World Travel Awards’ Grand Final Gala Ceremony, hosted by Olhuveli Beach & Spa Resort in The Maldives on 2 December.

Attended by an invited audience of the industry's leading luminaries and international media, the red-carpet event showcased the very best in world-wide hospitality, recognizing Citymax Hotels for its leading achievements in the budget hotel sector.
