China Homelife Dubai Exhibition 2016 scheduled to take place on December 5 – 7 at Dubai World Trade Centre confirms over 1500participants and retains its position as the largest sourcing platform for Chinese products in the Middle East and Africa. The event has gained tremendous response over the years based on the well-rounded mix of products ranging from textile & garments, furniture, home electronics, building materials, lighting and household articles & gifts.

 

With double the number of exhibitors since 2014, China Homelife Dubai Exhibition has attracted many GCC and African importers, retailers and distributors and have developed strong business tiesin the Middle East. China Homelife Exhibition 2015 in Dubai Confirms 25%

Increase in Participation

As the largest China sourcing platform in the Middle East, this year will see over 1100 participants

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 12, 2015: China Homelife Exhibition 2015 returns to Dubai with over 1100 participants from six core sectors which include Textile & Garments, Furniture, Home Electronics, Building Materials, Lighting and Household Articles & Gifts. As the largest sourcing platform for Chinese products in the Middle East and North Africa, the exhibition caters to the increasing demand for Chinese products in the region. The exhibition will take place on December 8 – 10, 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. 

Over the years, Dubai in particular has seen increasing trade being conducted with China with current figures touching $ 39 billion with expected to reach $40 billion in 2015. While the Middle East has seen increasing trade figures of from $ 147 billion in 2014 expected to touch $ 150 billion in 2015.

2014 saw 800 exhibitors where over 10,000 products were on display and a total turnover of USD 32.5 million over three days at the China Homelife Exhibition. This year, with the exhibitor participation increasing and over 50,000 products being showcased, the exhibition has emerged as one of the largest China sourcing events in the region over the last six years.

“Strategically located, Dubai has emerged as a trade hub and is also the largest re-export centre in the Middle East. Moreover, the ongoing advancements in infrastructure, logistics and operational costs make the city even more attractive for trade. Chinese Specialist Manufacturing Cities to be Represented at

China Homelife Exhibition 2015

 

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 1, 2015:   China Homelife Exhibition 2015 scheduled to take place at Dubai World Trade Centre, December 8-10 this year will have three specialized industrial cities being represented at the event. Nantong renowned for its home textiles, Xioxing for fabrics and Anji for office furniture will have some of the most well known manufacturers who will be showcasing their products. Their representation enhances the quality of the products where visitors will have the opportunity to view the latest global trends and source world class quality products.    

Nantong, the world’s third largest home textile product distribution centre and the home textile capital of China will have over 100 exhibitors who will display a range of products including bed linen, hotel textiles, towels, etc. Xioxing which is driven by the fabric trade has a strong presence of Arabian traders who have made the city their home to strengthen their trade links. This year over 150 exhibitors will represent this manufacturing hub with the latest of textiles as well as the garment manufacturing sector.  The city of Anji which specializes in office furniture with an emphasis on office chairs will also have 50 companies displaying the most up-to-date styles in chairs.

The buyers who have gone through a strict qualification process constitute one of the largest hosted buyers programme for any trade show and will arrive from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Lebanon.

China Homelife Exhibition 2015 Opens with Over 1300 Exhibitors

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 8, 2015:China Homelife Exhibition 2015 opened its doors to visitors with a grand inauguration by H.E. Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of Dubai Municipalityat Dubai World Trade Centre. The exhibition which will take place on December 8 – 10, has six separate pavilions that showcase Textile & Garments, Furniture, Home Electronics, Building Materials, Lighting and Household Articles & Gifts with over 1300 exhibitors. Also present at the inauguration were H.E.Li Lingbing, Consul Generalof thePeople's Republic of China in Dubaiand Ms. Zhang Yi, Commercial Counselor, Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Dubai.

In its sixth year, the exhibition has grown in strength not only in exhibitor numbers but has also seen a phenomenal increase in the products being showcased with a total of up to 50,000 numbers. This year there have been several initiatives by the organizers to ensure greater ease in exhibitor and buyer interactions with a dedicated Match-Making Programme that has been carefully planned to provide smooth communication between suppliers and buyers. The free translation and consultancy services will boost the efforts in conducting business at the exhibition. Besides, the organizers are hosting over 1500 regional buyers from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Lebanon that have been chosen through a stringent selection process.

The 300 strong textile and garment contingent got a special boost this year with the introduction of five fashion shows on the first day of the exhibition. They highlighted the latest trends in textiles and garments and were the launch pad for some of the 2016 fashion collections.
