In a wonderful atmosphere and in the presence of the Italian Ambassador, the media and management of “Sara Group” and “Maserati”, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh’s new General Manager Rolf Lippuner launched the “BELLA ITALIA” Food Promotion at ROSSO Restaurant featuring guest Chef Sebastiano Spriveri from Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus and new Chef de Cuisine at ROSSO Nicola Rossi.

 

Chef Nicola brings more than 10 years of culinary expertise with him to Riyadh. A great supporter of traditional cooking to honour the flavours that first brought Italian cuisine to the attention of the world, his Italian home-style dishes will be prepared alongside Chef Spriveri in an open show-kitchen concept that allows you to view all the culinary action taking place.

 

The special menu for the 12 days promotion comprises of modern Italian dishes recipes from all around Italy. The menu is authentic and has a variety of appetizers, main courses and desserts which are light and delectable. The method of preparation synergizes innovative cooking and presentation style with modern characteristics. The delicious menu has also been designed so that all dishes can be shared in true Italian family style.

 

During the event guests were invited to taste the mouth watering Italian offerings that will be presented during the BELLA ITALIA promotion, prepared by the hands of our speciality Chefs themselves. The invitees were also entered into a raffle draw for a possibility to win complimentary stays at different Four Seasons properties, in addition to a free test drive for a “Maserati” and beautiful Italian handbags offered by the event sponsors “Maserati” and “Sara Group”: Etro, Salvatore Ferragamo, Moschino, Roberto Cavalli, Sergio Rossi.
