Barwa Bank appoints Ahmed El Emadi as Head of Corporate Banking

Barwa Bank, Qatar's most progressive Shari’ah compliant service provider, has announced the promotion of Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Emadi to the role of Head of Corporate Banking. 

Prior to joining Barwa Bank in 2011, Al Emadi worked with HSBC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and administration from the American University and over seven years of experience in corporate banking. 

Since he joined Barwa Bank, Al Emadi successfully established and led the bank’s Business Banking platform, demonstrating unique capabilities and competencies in adjusting to business challenges. 

On this occasion, Khalid Yousef Al-Subeai, Acting Group CEO at Barwa Bank Group, commented:
