A partnership agreement is signed by Bank Albilad and National Housing Company to support the company’s initiatives, current and future ideas and plans, in addition to encouraging and increasing the housing supplies, providing their products and services to the beneficiaries, through which the initiatives of housing sector will be strengthened in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. This agreement is signed by Bank Albilad to be an extension of its active presence within the Saudi Property Funding Sector for the purpose of providing the comprehensive financing solutions designed to meet all customers’ needs, in addition to the facilities and highly competitive benefits.

Abdulaziz AlOnaizan, CEO of Bank Albilad, said Bank Albilad is one of the leading banks in providing the integrated solutions of products of both the Real Estate Development Fund and Ministry of Housing to the honorable customers. This agreement is signed within the framework of Bank Al Bilad contribution to support the Saudi real estate sector and have the continuous and important role it plays in meeting the different real estate needs of citizens through the various property funding programs offered by Bank Albilad to its customers to own a house, land or apartment within the various benefits provided to them”. He added that Bank Albilad also offered an integrated package of solutions of real estate funding products to both the civilians and military personnel:

AlOnaizan confirmed that Bank Albilad always supported the initiatives and projects in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, Real Estate Development Fund and National Housing Company and it continued to provide everything that helps citizens to own the appropriate house.

Eng. Mohammed Al-Bati; Chief Executive Officer of National Housing Company, added the company is keen to strengthen the active partnership with various banks and funding institutions in the framework of providing facilitations to citizens and overcoming all financing obstacles faced by them to take advantage of the options of housing units under construction. He also pointed out that this agreement is signed with Bank Albilad to be an extension of the company’s keenness to provide all financial institutions to citizens to choose among them and choose also their appropriate houses. Al-Bati further said Bank Albilad is keen to provide the different financing solutions to help citizens to own their first housing units. He noted that the private sector, including the real estate developers or financing institutions is considered as a key partner of national development. He also pointed out that the activation of mutual cooperation reflected positively on the service of citizens and contributed to raising the ownership proportion of housing units in line with the objectives of housing program.
