EASTER TRADITION THE ARMANI WAY

Easter, Ostern, Pâques or Pashka; wherever, and however, you plan to celebrate the traditions of the season, Armani Hotel Dubai has a cultural dining experience that covers every culinary opportunity.

Gourmet degustation and sharing menus at Armani/Ristorante and Armani/Deli showcase signature takes on seasonal lamb dishes such as sundried tomato-crusted lamb with artichokes, while Armani/Mediterraneo serves up a two-day Easter offering with a buffet menu featuring poached white asparagus, stewed rabbit leg, Eggs Benedict every which way, and dessert classics including Italian colomba (dove) cake.

Even Armani/Lounge has a flavour of the season with a special twist on our classic afternoon tea and, as always, our culinary team will be hard at work creating a menagerie of chocolate bunnies and handcrafted decorated Easter eggs.

A CELEBRATION OF ROYAL TRADITIONS AT ARMANI/AMAL

Discover the regal secrets of Nawabi dining and dum pukht tradition at Armani/Amal during April where exotic spices, herbs and dried fruits add unique accents to a traditional Lucknowi menu featuring Aish-e-Jahan chicken, lamb biryani and dal Bukhara. And celebrate the king of fruits throughout May with a menu of savoury and sweet Alphonso, Kesar and Dashehari mango dishes for an exotic and refreshing experience.

APRONS ON FOR A NEW MASTER CLASS SEASON AT ARMANI/RISTORANTE

Pull out a crisp white apron, sharpen those knives and surrender yourself to the hands of a true kitchen master with a new season of interactive culinary experiences. Amateur cooks, aspiring chefs and curious foodies are invited behind the scenes to join Chef Alessandro Salvatico in Armani/Ristorante and discover the secrets of the Italian kitchen, with a celebration of Easter menu in April featuring the intricacies of the restaurant’s signature 64 degree-slow cooked egg served with sweet pea cream and cured speck, while Spring takes its turn in the spotlight this May, with ricotta-filled zucchini flowers and grilled lamb chops with salsa vergine adding colour and flavour to the dinner table.
