As part of its focus on engaging the private in accelerating the development, and its CSR programs to deliver services covering all of the community's segments, Almajdouie Motors Company, the authorized distributor of Changan cars in Saudi Arabia, launched a first of its kind humanitarian initiative that includes the release of Introductory videos providing detailed information about Changan's various models in terms of their technical specifications and high-style features, directed explicitly to the Deaf and mute, thru the language of gestures. The videos are displayed on large screens in the company's various branches, authorized distributors' branches, and the company's social media platforms.
By launching this initiative, Almajdouie Changan becomes the first car dealership in the Kingdom to provide such an innovative humanitarian service that allows smooth communication with one of the most critical segments in the community, to help enhance its presence, just like other categories in society.
This initiative aims to play a key role in achieving sustainable development goals, support and protect the linguistic identity and cultural diversity of all language of gestures users and contribute to serving the local community by achieving all aspects of social solidarity, in addition to facilitating the communication of Deaf and mute people with customer service centers in the company's branches, which provide a smooth, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all customers.
