His Royal Highness, Prince Saud Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, inaugurated the 37th  Eastern Summer Festival, which is held for 19 days along the waterfronts of Al-Dammam and Al-Khobar, in addition to the Half Moon Beach. Aljomaih Holding is participating in the festival as a Golden Sponsor. 

 

The Eastern Summer Festival, which is held on an annual basis, includes more than 50 educational, informative and entertainment activities suitable for all societal factions. Many parties are participating in the festival by holding different activities and events including marketing ones. In that regard, AAC’s participation comes in the form of displaying two of its latest Chevrolet and GMC models during the festival.

 

In the occasion, Sheikh Ibrahim Aljomaih, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO of Aljomaih Automotive Company, reiterated the importance of sponsoring the festival, which is directly supported by His Royal Highness, Prince Saud Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, and held under the supervision of the Supreme Commission for Tourism.

 

Sheikh Ibrahim added, after Aljomaih Holding was honoured by HRH, Governor of the Eastern Province, as a Golden Sponsor of the Eastern Summer Festival: “We sponsor lots of similar festivals. This approach springs out of our deep belief that participating in national and social events reinforces our connection with the society we work in. It also underlines the role we play in raising awareness about the significance of attending to various issues of importance to our citizens, including domestic tourism, which we should all play a role in developing and promoting”.

 

The festival is holding various displays that embody the traditional folklore of numerous regions and provinces in the Kingdom, a fact that reflects the organizing committee’s interest in the national tradition. Moreover, there is a heritage tent housing various artifacts and sculptural antiquities.
