Al Qasba, Sharjah’s premier leisure, tourism and family destination has lived up to its reputation as the perfect venue for celebrations as it welcomed visitors from far and wide to its Eid Al Fitr festivities.

Over the past two days, a mass of visitors has descended upon Al Qasba to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display that lighted up the night sky, and the unique activities which have engaged and thrilled adults and children alike with a range of entertainment that will continue until this evening, the third day of Eid Al Fitr.

Masrah Al Qasba Theatre will host a series of art workshops for younger guests, which will help them to improve their current skills and perhaps unlock some hidden ones as well. Along with other recreational and educational activities, these will be held from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

A huge number of younger visitors bought tickets to the famous Eye of the Emirates Wheel and then met their favourite Looney Tunes characters ‘Tweety and Sylvester’ from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. They also took part in the free fun-filled LEGO® workshops designed for children up to 12 years of age.

 

The world-class restaurants, cafés, juice and ice-cream outlets along Al Qasba walkways, offered visitors the very best Arabic and international cuisine, bringing friends and families together at one table for the three special days of Eid Al Fitr.

 

Al Qasba offers an array of tourist attractions, including restaurants, cafés, the Kids Fun Zone, the Al Qasba Musical Fountain, the Eye of the Emirates Wheel and the Maraya Art Centre among others, designed to meet the needs of visitors of all ages.
