Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel apartment among tourists and businessmen in Dubai, recently held its “Monthly Employee Recognition” ceremony highlighted by various awards and appreciations to its loyal employees.

The objectives of the recognition, to provide motivation and boost the efforts of employees working in various departments, and helps develop a sense of belongingness to organization when the employees are rewarded for their efforts in front of the large audience.

Employees who attended various trainings and workshops in the month of June were recognized and given training certificates, while quarterly awards were distributed for “Supervisor of the 2nd Quarter” bagged by HR Department, and “Associate of the Quarter” obtained by Accounts Department. The new members of the team were also introduced, and Star Employees of the months from various departments in Health Club, Frond Office and House Keeping were appreciated for keeping their accommodations clean and the title “ Cleanest Room of the month “ was announced.

The evening was capped with a party for employees celebrating their birthdays in July as a yearly tradition in the hotel.
