Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, proudly hosted the delegates of 9th Fazza World Para-Athletics Tournament Dubai 2017.

 

The property hosted more than 450 athletes from 43 participating countries that were warmly welcomed at Al Bustan Centre and Residence. To foster team building and connect with the participants, there were few games organized at the lobby and an exclusive reception desk for disabled has been set up as an initiative introduced by the hotel which coincided with this event.

 

Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, and Yasser Moussa, Executive Assistant Manager were the guest of honor at the prize distribution during the tournament. They awarded the winners and shared time with the officials that included Thani Juma Berregad, Chairman, Dubai Club for the Disabled and Head of the Committee of Fazza Tournaments.

 

For the successful completion of the tournament, a closing ceremony dinner was held at  Al Nahda Banquets. As a special gesture, Al Bustan Centre and Residence prepared and showcased  a special short video of the participants’ journey.
