For the second consecutive year

In line with its efforts to extend expertise and knowledge to prospect students, Abu Dhabi University (ADU) completed its Winter Camp (2022-2023) with the participation of over 500 students. ADU's Winter Camp seeks to condition and best prepare high-school students on their next educational jump and provide them with the knowledge and tools required in university.

ADU welcomed grade 11 and 12 students representing 91 public and private schools in Abu Dhabi. Through similar events, ADU seeks to extend its faculty’s knowledge and expertise to prospect students in Abu Dhabi. The Camp hosted educational sessions and activities ranging from media and content production to taking a deep dive into the fields of engineering and business studies. Furthermore, the Camp provided students with the opportunity to attain a deeper insight into their skills and potential career path that live up to their passion through the RAISEC test.

Students were exposed to key pillars of engineering studies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity and more. As part of the Business Camp, participants had the opportunity to learn more about entrepreneurial skills, business plans and marketing.

As one of the region’s leading academic institutions,  ADU is also set to host EmSAT tips and tricks sessions, during this week until December 22nd 2022. The sessions will provide guidance and prepardness for students looking to take the Emirates Standarized Test (EmSAT) ahead of their examination.
