Khan Tok, A New Thai Dining Experience at Mekong

Mekong,  the award winning Asian restaurant, is introducing “Khan Tok”, a new Thai dining style originating from the northern parts of Thailand. An arrangement of dishes, served on a raised tray known as “Khan Tok” for the family to share. This tradition has ever since evolved to become a popular way of celebrations and welcoming guests in Thailand.

Mekong is embracing this unique sharing dining style of Khan Tok with a set menu full of authentic delicacies to amuse every palate. Get ready to be allured with a variety of Thai favourites. Spicy Prawn Salad, Thai Fish Cake, Chicken Mince Thai Curry, Beef Curry with Bamboo Shoot, are among other dishes to tantalize your taste buds, served with a round basket of sticky rice, and a sumptuous Thai dessert to end on a sweet note. Khan Tok is a gastronomic journey that you can experience in an Asian inspired setting of rickshaw-style seating in the outdoor terrace, or reserving the discreet private dining room, the perfect venue for intimate celebrations.

Experience the vibrant culinary cultures of ­Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine at Mekong, the resort's signature dining venue. Named after South East Asia's legendary river, Mekong offers a journey infused with rich and flavourful discovery.
