Saudi Arabia to offer low-priced housing units: Al-Hogail

Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hogail said that the Ministry is working to support Saudi families to own their homes, as part of its strategic plan by offering more than nine different packages, adding that it is also working to reduce the price of housing units so that their prices are lower than expected.

The target prices of such housing units are between SAR 500,000 and SAR 1.2 million, as these prices are considered helpful to most beneficiaries of the housing sector, the Minister told Al Arabiya TV, during the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh.
