Artisan Kitchen at Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences brings a feast from under the sea with the launch of Seafood Tuesdays where diners enjoy an enhanced oceanic journey featuring a selection of deep-water delicacies, fusion dishes and live entertainment.

 

Dive into the sweet bounty of the ocean with fresh counters of seafood on ice, salads and hot selections. The buffet spread features indulgences such as lobsters, oysters, mussels, fused with Middle Eastern and global recipes, and a decadent variety of sensational desserts and seasonal fruit slices. An array of interactive cooking stations are also ready to welcome guests with special marinates and grills crafted to perfection by Artisan Kitchen’s team of culinary experts.

 

Adding to the lavish buffet experience are the soothing melodies played by the resident violinist that will set the tone for a mesmerizing evening. End the hearty buffet with a satiating drink courtesy of the live mocktail and cocktail bar where signature concoctions, non-alcoholic mixes and premium beverages are available.

 

Seafood Night at Artisan Kitchen is available every Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and is priced at AED 215 inclusive of soft beverages, AED 275 inclusive of hops and grapes, and AED 440 inclusive of house beverages and bubbly.
