Al-Jeel Medical & Trading Company and GE Healthcare announce distribution agreement for Life Care Solutions (LCS) in Saudi Arabia

GE Healthcare (NYSE: GE) has appointed Al-Jeel Medical & Trading Company (Al-Jeel), a leading healthcare solutions provider, as an authorized distributor for its Life Care Solutions portfolio of products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

GE Healthcare’s Life Care Solutions (LCS) develops medical devices that help sustain life and support patient care in every setting throughout the hospital, from anesthesia delivery systems to ventilators and patient monitoring. LCS also offers a series of technologies for maternal and infant care, including infant warmers and incubators.

 

The agreement was signed by Abdulghani El-Ajou, Chairman of the El-Ajou Group, under which Al-Jeel Medical operates; and Jalil Juha, President & CEO of GE Healthcare Saudi Arabia, at Al-Jeel’s headquarters in Riyadh.

As part of the distribution agreement, GE Healthcare will maintain a direct LCS task force to support Al Jeel’s commercial activities on-the-ground, and will continue to manage installations, technical services and post-sales technical support.
