In line with Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT) CSR Corporate Social Responsibility commitment, Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT), Jeddah Islamic Port's flagship terminal, conducted recently its 3rd Annual Health Day at its headquarters located at Jeddah Islamic Port in collaboration with the Health Ministry.

 

This year’s health campaign offered Influenza and meningitis vaccinations to its staff and clients. It also provided health tips to employees that highlighted the importance of following a healthy lifestyle and safety habits.

 

The opening ceremony witnessed the attendance of the Director of Health Surveillance Center of the Islamic Port of Jeddah Dr. Adel bin Mohammed Turkistani, Hamdi Nathrah, Deputy Managing Director of RSGT and a large number of RSSGT's employees and customers.

 

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Hamdi Nathrah, Deputy Managing Director of RSGT said “We’re happy that RSGT once again is organizing the Annual Health Day for the third year in a row. Our company is concerned with the overall well-being of our employees, and we conduct a wide array of events and seminars throughout the year that focuses on healthy lifestyles. This year, we’re very pleased to conduct vaccination against influenza and meningitis especially during Haj season.”

 

Nathrah added that this campaign is in line with RSGT's commitment towards its employees, the underlying foundation for delivering the company's aspirations and objectives. “RSGT is also dedicated to providing a healthy and suitable environment for its employees,” he said.

 

RSGT’s employees and customers turned out in large numbers to participate in the 5- day health awareness campaign. They acknowledged the importance of having regular medical checkups to infectious illness.
