SADAFCO Expands its Snack Portfolio with the Launch of ‘Crispy Tortilla Chips’

In line with its commitment to continuously introduce great-tasting, superior quality dairy and foodstuff items, Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) has launched chili-flavoured ‘Crispy Tortilla Chips’ as an addition to its popular snack portfolio.

Following a theme of ‘It’s Crunch Time’, this tasty, crunchy snack has been developed to be an ideal snack companion for consumers, especially youngsters as they enjoy fun-filled and exciting activities such as playing video games, watching television or having get-togethers with friends.

Produced and packaged for SADAFCO in Europe, ‘Crispy Tortilla Chips’ are gluten free and can be safely consumed by people with gluten-related dietary conditions.

“Our Crispy Snacks products are very popular among consumers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC and we are delighted to expand that portfolio with the launch of Crispy Tortilla Chips,” said Mohamed Rafeeq, SADAFCO Marketing Manager for Crispy Snacks.

“Our decision to introduce a corn-based snack resulted from consumer research which revealed that the majority of snacks available in the Kingdom are potato based and that corn-based products are relatively scarce. We are also pleased to introduce this great-tasting snack as a gluten-free product, an attribute which is increasingly sought after by some of our valued consumers. At SADAFCO, we are committed to continuously innovate and offer great-tasting food products for our consumers to enjoy and share with friends,” added Rafeeq.

‘Crispy Tortilla Chips’ will be made available across a host of outlets in Saudi Arabia starting with national and local supermarkets and mini markets.
