I wish to formally raise a complaint concerning two issues at the Al Jubail Branch:
There was a significant delay in serving customers, as our order was delivered approximately 40 minutes after it was placed.
The Salad Bar contained items that appeared to be spoiled, suggesting that either the ingredients were not fresh or that the staff did not remove older items before replenishing the selection.
I have already communicated these concerns verbally to the supervisor, Ronil.
I kindly request immed
