Anan Iskan

Anan Iskan was founded in 2008 in anticipation of high demand for quality labor and service worker accommodations in the Kingdom. These demands are expected to be driven by two factors namely the prevailing demand for affordable quality housing for foreign labors brought about by the lack of suitable offerings and the opening of Economic Cities throughout the Kingdom. Anan Iskan develops, owns and provides Labor Accommodation, Service Worker Accommodation and Affordable Housing Accommodation or collectively referred to as Value Affordable Accommodation (VAA). It is a joint-venture between Anan Holding LLC and Saudi BinLadin Group. Anan Iskan is currently undertaking a development of labor accommodation in Riyadh Industrial City 2 in partnership with MODON catering to workers engaged by factories operating in RIC2.
