Unified Real Estate Development was established in October 2006 and currently owns and operates 20 shopping centers around the country. Due to Unified's strategic location selection, attention to tenant mix, designs and our willingness to work with our tenants as partners, we have developed long lasting relationships with many of the Saudi market's largest players including Al-Azizia Panda United and McDonald's Saudi Arabia, for both of whom we are the largest single developer in the Kingdom, as well as Al-Tamimi food services "Safeway", and more.
