With just one day to go, the countdown for the most celebrated and prestigious awards of the year has begun. Stay tuned to OSN, the region’s leading pay-TV network, to see all of the live action from the star-studded 88th Academy Awards ceremony at the same time as the US.

 

Organised under the theme ‘We All Dream in Gold,’ and hosted by comedian, Chris Rock, viewers will be in for a treat as OSN, the home of blockbuster movies and series, telecasts the ceremony live and exclusively across the region on OSN Movies Premiere HD and streams on OSN Play on February 29 at 4.30am (KSA time), and the repeat at 8pm (KSA time) on the same day.

 

OSN subscribers will be treated to daily screenings of Hollywood’s finest with a line-up of previous Oscar winners such as Birdman, The Theory of Everything, Interstellar and more, all airing on OSN this month. Film fans can also get up close to all the excitement from the red carpet live on E! as this year’s nominees and A-list stars show off their glamorous attire and stop for interviews with renowned TV presenterGiuliana Rancic.

 

With fierce competition put up by blockbuster movies such as, The Revenant,  The Martian, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Mad Max: Fury Road,  Joy and Steve Jobs this year’s Oscars is set to make for golden viewing.
