Family-friendly celebrations from 25th of November to 4th December featuring the world’s largest UAE Minifigure Flag Build, UAE Salute LEGO® Model made from over 100,000 bricks together with prizes and giveaways

In honour of the 50th UAE National Day, LEGOLAND® Dubai welcomes families from all over the nation to mark this momentous occasion by enjoying exclusive family-friendly activities that can only be found at LEGOLAND Dubai. From 25th of November to 4th of December, children are invited to take part in building the world’s largest UAE LEGO® Minifigure Flag; and to search for LEGO UAE flags as part of the ‘UAE LEGO Flag Hunt’ to win some awesome prizes. Furthermore, exclusive instagrammable locations are not to be missed when families take their selfies, especially the ‘LEGOLAND Dubai Salute LEGO® Model’, proudly made from over 100,000 LEGO bricks.

As part of the UAE 50th National Day celebrations, guests are invited to participate in building the world’s largest UAE LEGO Minifigure Flag. Here, families will play a monumental part to this process by picking their favourite colour of the UAE flag and building a minifigure of themselves ultimately contributing to a larger UAE flag LEGO Minifigures. The model, which will be created by 20,000 LEGO Minifigures will stand at an astounding 3 metres height and 6 meters width, making it indeed the largest UAE LEGO Minifigure Flag in the world.

To extend the fun even further, families can join the ‘UAE LEGO Flag Hunt’ at MINILAND, where famous landmarks are recreated with more than 60 million LEGO bricks. The ‘UAE LEGO Flag Hunt’ is an exciting treasure hunt adventure, where families will search for the hidden LEGO UAE flags at MINILAND and when successfully completing the hunt, winners will receive some great prizes.

Back by popular demand, the LEGOLAND Dubai ‘Salute LEGO Model’, which is 2.8 meters high, made entirely out of 108,231 LEGO bricks within 470 hours and weighs 230 kgs, will make its return to mark an unforgettable celebration of the 50th UAE National Day. The three-finger salute popularized by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, represents win, victory, and love, and symbolises work ethic, success, and love of the nation.

To celebrate the UAE 50th National Day even more, the young foodies will enjoy a special ‘AED 50' Combo meal at Knight’s Table with a delicious burger, finger-licking chips, a refreshing drink and irresistible ice cream together with a limited-edition pop badge.

That’s not all, there will also be special appearances of LEGOLAND beloved characters “Ollie” and “Olivia” proudly dressed in their national day themed outfits and welcoming all families during this special occasion. To complete an unforgettable celebration, families should not miss collecting their own special limited-edition LEGO collector brick, commemorating the 50th spirit of the union.
