The St. Regis Downtown Dubai brings the sizzling brunch for a new season

This October, Dubai will witness the return of the award-winning St. Regis Brunch, a mixture of all the signature venues in the hotel, including the Italian flavours from Basta!, delicate pastries and desserts from The Library lobby lounge and multiple innovative drink stations from The St. Regis Bar. This year, the brunch will also see a new collection of dishes from the hotel's soon-to-be-unveiled modern Turkish restaurant, Hayal. 

Following last year's success, the brunch will continue the live entertainment, featuring performances from the charismatic Gari Deegan, singing modern classics alongside a new acoustic accompaniment.

The signature culinary stations will include a seafood Crudo, a live oyster bar, a sushi and ceviche station, tacos and nachos and classic salads. 

The main course hot stations will feature a clay tandoor, paella pans, meat barbeque, rotisserie, and traditional pizza and pasta selection.

To end your food journey, there are plenty of sweet treats, including a cookie and chocolate station, tiramisu espuma and more miniature desserts.

Your brunch experience will combine soft cocktails, elevated grape selections, and an extensive collection of signature and classic cocktails with the traditions and rituals of the St. Regis brand, such as unlimited Bloody Mary and bubbly sabering.
