The Red Sea Mall is poised to upscale its development strategy

 2019, was marked with a set of distinguished achievements for the Red Sea Mall. This constituted another leverage to the Mall's development drive, and a boost for its leading standing in the Saudi retail sector while offering new concepts of customer experience. Red Sea Mall's efforts fall in line with the Kingdom's 2030 vision, and the goals that Saudi Arabia has set for growing and developing its economy.

 

Eng. Al Rayyan Gadouri, General Manager of Red Sea Mall, said: “The year 2019 witnessed many initiatives, and we will continue to work to provide support for all new, innovative and promising activities and events. We will also strive to improve awareness programs, that express our commitment to achieving sustainable social development. Investing in cultural and creative groups, as well as supporting exceptional projects has proved to be a great leverage for Saudi community members. This comes in line with our strategy to implement the Kingdom's 2030 vision and the aspirations of our leadership towards establishing a new economic development era. "

 

In his turn, Omar Al-Maghazwi Marketing Supervisor at the Red Sea Mall emphasized that during the year 2019, the Red Sea Mall was focusing on initiatives that contributed to the development of the local community, and instill a culture of entrepreneurship among members of the Saudi community, in addition to diversifying and developing the skills of economically productive families. The Red Sea Mall has for instance launched the productive families’ program, and it deserved the REcon 2019 award across the Gulf Council Countries, in the targeted marketing category, as well as the mall was honored in appreciation of its efforts in making this initiative a success and contributing to the development of the local community's 

living standards.

 

Through this program, the Red Sea Mall provided free spaces for economically productive families on the center's premises, with the aim of encouraging them to set up small start-ups, which would enable this group to become a key partner in sustainable development.

 

The Red Sea Mall pays great attention to Saudi youth, based on its vision and belief in the importance of meeting the needs of the younger generation, by providing all the services and support they deserve to build a better future. Within this framework, and as part of the center's CSR activities, the Red Sea Mall continued its support for the Jeddah Creative Awards. This award allows Saudi talents to express their ideas in all social, humanitarian and economic fields. Furthermore, the mall was honored by His Royal Highness Prince Mishaal bin Majed, in recognition of its efforts in this award.

 

This is in addition to the Mall's sponsoring of the "Retail ME" award in its first edition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which focuses on highlighting best practices in the retail sector. The mall was honored during the “Retail ME” awards for its performance and development of the retail sector. Among those honoring awards, Red Sea Mall was also honored by the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage for participating and supporting through the first time “Eid Season 2019”, in addition to Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry accolade for championing the “Hayya Jeddah” festival.   

 

Also, the Red Sea Mall won in 2019 the “Excellence in Leadership and Human Resources Management Award” as well as the “Excellence in Innovative Human Resources Management Award” in the context of the Golden Tiger Awards across East Asia for the best Talent campaign and Best Human Resources Practices.
