The 5th Rawabi Talent Exhibit for the First Time in Tabuk

In partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund, Rawabi Holding Group launched the 2nd round of the 5th Rawabi Talent Exhibit hosted at the Prince Sultan Cultural Centre, in the presence of the Vice Chairman Ali bin Abdulaziz Turki and a number of government officials and private sector entities in the Kingdom.
The schedule begins with a visit to boy schools from February 8 to 13, which will then be hosted in the Exhibit on the 12th and 13th from 4PM until 7PM. Girl schools will then be visited from the 15th until the 19th and hosted in the Exhibit at night on the 19th and 20th.
Rawabi Holding Group’s partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund this year encompasses the implementation of 5 intensive programs to advance career education in the Kingdom, organizing Talent Exhibits and training guidance counselors.
Engineer Ali Al Turki, Rawabi Holding Group Vice Chairman expressed his gratitude and appreciation towards the Human Resources Development Fund for their constant support in active youth-oriented programs and thanked the Prince Sultan Cultural Centre for holding the Exhibit for the first time in Tabuk. He then stated: “We hope that the outcome of our partnership with the HRDF leads to fruitful results as we are striving to address the needs of the young generation between the ages of 16 and 24. The Rawabi Talent Exhibit aims to help the youth discover their professional orientations and explore their potential through various platforms providing them guidance and answers as benchmarks towards a thriving future.”

Ibrahim Al-Moaiqel, Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund highlighted the importance of this strategic partnership with the private sector to provide training opportunities for the students and merge between both the educational and practical implementation. He also added: “Our partnership with Rawabi Holding Group focuses on improving the levels of success towards Human Development through speeding up the pace of training and shaping the youth as qualified candidates for jobs that suit their orientations. The Rawabi Talent Exhibit proved to be a pioneer in providing the young generation with a clear well-rounded vision of the future.

The first round of the Exhibit held in Riyadh last November gathered close to 7,000 visitors during two weeks including 5,244 students visiting during school hours. A total of 134 schools were able to attend, of which 91 are girl schools and 43 are boys. Guidance counselors mentored the students through 15 sessions and 17 Color Test workshops were held while 5,877 visitors were able to discover their potential with the Color Q Personality System TM and 4 success stories were also mentioned with the attendance of 530 visitors. Voluntary work was also an indispensable part of the Exhibit as 60 voluntary experts took part in Riyadh, while the voluntary team who completed the training reached 140 young boys and girls.

The Exhibit entailed several activities and gatherings leaning towards helping the youth set professionally oriented plans for the future. These professions are represented in interactive booths supervised by experts in their fields to talk about the nature of their work and giving moral support for the youth towards a better future. The Exhibit provides the youth with a solid foundation around the available job professions as well as a glimpse on various professional, academic and literal fields. They can also download the Career Compass Application and follow up through electronic info and social media platforms.

The Exhibit is part of Rawabi Holding’s Youth Empowerment programs which adhere to creating career-based solutions for the youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The Rawabi Talent exhibit sheds light on the nature of various career options available to the youth and hosts experts to represent these career choices. These experts in turn describe careers in order to motivate youth and provide insights into their future, and aid them in discovering their hidden potential.

The Exhibit encompasses a series of workshops and lectures among other private initiatives improving the skills of the youth in different fields, not to mention showcasing personal success stories.
