Samba Capital and Investment Management Company (“Samba Capital”), in its capacity as Lead Manager for Saudi Arabian Oil Company (“Saudi Aramco”), announces that retail subscription results as at 5pm of November 25, totaled SAR 21,768,145,280 representing total subscribers of 2,628,646 and total subscribed shares of 680,254,540 with the following breakdown by channel:

 

• Phone Banking: 1.85%
• Automated Teller Machine: 24.76%
• Internet Banking: 38.26%
• Branches: 35.14%

Last day of subscription for the retail tranche is Thursday 1/4/1441H (corresponding to 28/11/2019G) 

 

Ms. Rania Nashar, Deputy Chairman of Samba Capital explained that the process of subscribing to the company's shares witnessed positive and effective participation rates, supported by the confidence of citizens and individual investors in the value proposition of Saudi Aramco.
