With reference to the announcement made by Saudi Arabian Oil Company (“Saudi Aramco”) in relation to the Offer Price Range and the start of the institutional book-building and retail offering period on Sunday, 17November 2019, Samba Capital and Investment Management Company (“Samba Capital”), in its capacity as Lead Manager, announces that subscriptions during the first five days of the Offering Period have totalled SAR 72,988,085,216:  

• Institutional subscriptions during this period amounted to SAR 58,393,628,576 and 1,824,800,893 total subscribed shares. 
• Retail subscriptions during this period totalled SAR 14,594,456,640, representing total subscribers of 1,821,161 and total subscribed shares of 456,076,770.

Samba Capital Vice Chairman Ms. Rania Nashar, said: “Retail and Institutional subscription levels for the first five days of the offering have reached unprecedented scale, demonstrating the confidence of investors in Saudi Aramco, and we anticipate further increases in subscription levels during the remainder of the offering period.”
