Following the success of the strategic partnership between Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia and Wallan Trading Company, the authorized distributor of Hyundai cars in the Central region of Saudi Arabia. Both Fahad bin Saad Al Wallan, the Vice Chairman of Wallan Trading Company and Eng. Waqar Siddiqui, CEO of Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia signed the contract for the replenishment of their strategic partnership for five years, at Wallan Trading Company headquarters, Hyundai Showroom in Riyadh in the presence of senior executives of both companies.

Signing of the renewal contact comes as an extension of their successful strategic distinctive partnership that combines both companies aiming at offering the highest after-sale services to Hyundai cars in Riyadh through Shell Fastlube service centres and Wallan-Hyundai Quick Service Centres, including engine oil change service using Shell Helix motor oils, the approved motor oils for Hyundai cars.

After signing the contract, Eng.  Waqar Siddiqui said that Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia endeavours   to strengthen its relationship with car dealers in Saudi Arabia, particularly with whom we  have successful partnerships such as Wallan Trading Company, and we are proud of this partnership with one of the most powerful dealers of Hyundai cars in Saudi Arabia, and added that Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia will enhance this partnership by exploiting its vast experience in the Saudi market. 

 

He added: “Shell Helix motor oils, which is produced especially for Hyundai cars, production is based on the latest technologies and meet the highest standards of Hyundai Motor Company and designed for the daily use of Hyundai cars all over the world. Shell Helix ULTRA with “PurePlus” technology is able to preserve the vehicle's engine close to the factory condition, and we are proud to offer it to Wallan Trading Company.” 

 

Eng. Waqar added that Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia is proud of this partnership and noted that Wallan Trading Company has achieved the “Strategic Partner Award” from Shell in 2017.

 

Meanwhile, Fahad bin Saad Al Wallan, Vice Chairman of Wallan Trading Company, said:” Through this successful partnership, which we are renewing today, we show our keenness to provide the best after-sale services to our customers. Our partnership has been successful by all accounts, and Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia offered us all technical and training support.”

He added:” We are in a continuous quest to provide the best after-sale services to our customers, through upgrading our cooperation with our partners and expanding Fastlube centres, as well as strengthening our joint marketing initiatives.”

 

Fastlube centres are fully equipped to provide quick services at highest standards set out by Wallan Hyundai service centres. Fastlube centres offer all Shell lubricating oils products including Shell Helix ULTRA, and technically prepared to offer services to all cars models. Shell Lubricants Saudi Arabia plans to spread Fastlube centres throughout Saudi Arabia soon.
