Shaza Al Madina, the multiple award-winning luxury hotel, has proudly announced that it has graduated 52 trainees who successfully completed the Shaza Talent Enhancement Programme (STEP).

The 80 hours-long training program was held in the Mysk Meeting Room in Shaza Al Madina, where it started on 01st November and continued till 30th November 2019 when the 52 participants graduated, of which approximately half are Saudi nationals.
Adding his comments, training manager Ahmed Awais Kiani, said: “STEP is a Shaza initiative designed to address the learning and development needs of the trainees. The program is divided in various modules including leadership, entrepreneurship, empowerment and financial management, providing the participants with a broad base for the development of their future careers.”
STEP in an extension of the Shaza ETHOS Programme, which provides selected employees with interactive opportunities to learn, develop grow and excel under professional training by departmental specialists.
