The event included a speech by the CEO, a video presentation about coaching, and an exhibition in which specialized and internationally accredited centers participate to introduce coaching and the services provided by them.
The event also included sessions with the most prominent internationally accredited coaching experts, workshops and dialogue sessions discussing the importance of coaching in organizations.
The first workshop discussed methods of leadership in a virtual environment, the basic competencies of remote leadership, the complexities and benefits of virtual coaching, and tips for virtual coaching.
The second workshop discussed the role of coaching in the leaders' development journey during all stages of development and development of leadership capabilities and personalities, and how it affects the enhancement of skills acquired from training, and Dale Carnegie's methodology.
