SAUDIA REVAMPS OFFICES AT KHAMIS MUSHAIT’S KING KHALID AIR BASE

Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA), the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has reopened its newly renovated offices at King Khalid Air Base in the city of Khamis Mushait in the south-west of the Kingdom. The renovations included adding space and installing new and updated equipment at the facility.

The reopening ceremony was attended by the Royal Saudi Air Force’s Air Force Major General Sami bin Waqyan Al-Dosari and SAUDIA’s Jeddah Region General Sales Manager, Hussein Qaranbish.

The renovation comes as part of SAUDIA’s commitment to offer the best possible booking and air travel services to Air Force servicemen. The office provides agents with a full range of national and international booking services, together with aftersales services including rebooking, government bookings, the printing of boarding passes 24 hours prior to flights, and special services for people with disabilities.

The facility features two lounges for VIPs and high-ranking officers, as well as space for SAUDIA staff and a self-service boarding pass kiosk. In addition to Saudi Air Force officers, the office serves Arab and foreign officers of Operation Decisive Storm and Operation Restoring Hope, other military officers stationed near the base, and Saudi and foreign civilians.
