PAN Emirates increases its presence in Saudi Arabia

PAN Emirates Home Furnishings, a local label in luxurious indoor, patio and outdoor furniture, is significantly increasing its presence in Saudi Arabia through a 1m SAR expansion and revamp of its flagship store in Souq Sharq Market, Riyadh.

The investment builds on five years of successful operations in the Kingdom, and demonstrates PAN Emirates’ growing strength across the GCC region. The company now has 15 stores across the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia, with plans for more to follow – including a potential store in Jeddah in the near future.

“We’re seeing significant and sustained demand in Saudi Arabia, and this expansion is a strategic investment into that opportunity” said Bilal Dyob, Director of Operations for PAN Emirates KSA. 

“Expanding our Riyadh store enables us to offer customers here even more choice and variety, plus an enhanced shopping experience.”   

The original 12m SAR store opened in 2013, and covers 60,000 sq ft. To this, a new mezzanine floor has now been added, accommodating fresh collections. A travellator connects the new level, creating a seamless shopping experience. 

The overall environment has been further enhanced with the installation of extensive LED lighting displays that brighten up the whole store, plus new fully-optimised floor and ceiling finishes. All these improvements create a wonderfully enjoyable in-store environment.

“We know one of the things people most love about PAN Emirates is the incredible range, drawn from across the globe, where each and every piece is the ultimate in elegance and beauty,” said Dyob. 

“From chic to classic, contemporary to rustic, Indian to American to Italian to country... our aim is to offer endless variety under one roof. 

“Investing in this mezzanine level means we can now showcase even more of that PAN Emirates collection to our growing and valued Saudi clientele, including a vast and exclusive home décor and accessories section, where customers can create a style that truly suits them.”

The refreshed store is likely to particularly appeal to PAN Emirates’ considerable female customer base. In Saudi Arabia as in all its markets, the brand prides itself on being in tune with a feminine passion for style and quality in home furnishings and décor. 

The new look opened just in time for Ramadan, and for the PAN Emirates Ramadan sale. This offers discounts of 30 to 70% across the store, and runs from 1st May to 15th June.

As the company continues to go from strength to strength in Saudi Arabia, its positive and enthusiastic plans for the future include the possibility of opening a second store in Jeddah.
