NWC announces Ramadan work hours in walk-in customer services centers. The unified call center will remain open around the clock.
NWC customer services centers in Riyadh will be open from 9:15am until 3:15pm during Ramadan.
NWC customer services centers in Jeddah will be open from 10:00am until 4:00pm and 9:30pm to 1:00am during Ramadan
NWC customer services centers in Mecca and Taif will be open from 9:15 am until 3:15 pm during Ramadan

NWC announces work hours for walk-in customer service centers During Ramadan
The NWC announced walk-in customer service center hours during Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr for the following cities:


The unified call center will remain open 24 hours a day. Customers may also submit electronic requests anytime via the eBranch (ebranch.nwc.com.sa) or the NWC official website (nwc.com.sa).
All filling stations will continue to work around the clock during the Ramadan and Eid holidays. The centers are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and electronic systems to meet the water demands in Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and Taif.
In Riyadh, there are seven stations serving Riyadh suburbs: Al-Nozha, Al-Khalij, Al-Nasim, Al-Safa, Al-Masane’ 1, Al-Sweidi and Al-Oraija. In Jeddah, there are four stations: Al-Faisalyah, Quaizah, Kilo 14 and Braiman. In Mecca, there are two stations: Keddi and Al-Mo’aisim. And In Tayef, there are five stations: Al-Arfa, Al-Sail, Al-Howaya, Al-Sharafiyah and Al-Muthannah.
