NEW GILLETTE FLEXBALL IS A SOUQ.COM SELL OUT SUCCESS

Souq.com, the leading online retailer in the Middle East, has announced that the new Gillette Fusion ProGlide with FlexBall™ Technology launched on 13th August has already sold out on its site within four days of its launch. Gillette®, the leader in global shave care and industry pioneer, partnered with Souq.com for the avant première launch to make the product exclusively available to consumers prior to hitting the shelves on 1st September.

To bring the idea of “Shave Face” to consumers everywhere, Gillette teamed up with a number of regional influencers to show their ‘Shave Faces’ through the influencers’ social media platforms. To support the brand during the launch, Souq.com created a dedicated landing page to showcase the new products, where customers could watch the dedicated product video, browse the wider Gillette® range and buy the products. The influential social media campaign coupled with Souq.com’s online prowess led to the sellout.
