With the introduction of the 2018/2019 winter schedule, the airline’s global route network will include new non-stop flight times from Jeddah to Frankfurt. The connection to Jeddah is scheduled to arrive daily at the airline’s largest hub, except on Thursdays. The early arrival time allows same-day connections to 343 destinations across 103 countries worldwide.

 

The LH653 flight is operated by an Airbus A330-300, offering modern cabin designs in Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class.  The new departure time in Jeddah is now at 01:50, arriving in Frankfurt at 05:45. The LH652return flight departs on the same day at 14:10, arriving in Jeddah at 21:40 (all times local).

 

“The changes in our upcoming winter schedule reflect the requests from our passengers for a better connection time from Jeddah within our global network out of Frankfurt.  The flight will now be operated six days a week by our Lufthansa long haul aircraft, offering customers increased capacity in three classes.  With this new schedule we will offer our passengers additional connecting flight options to Europe and the US,” says Karsten Zang, Senior Director Sales, Gulf, I.R. Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan, Lufthansa Group.

 

The new schedule will be effective October 28, 2018.
