Knightsbridge Private Park

Margraf, the world leader in the production and processing of marble and natural stone and ambassador of genuine Italian excellence around the world, leaves its distinctive mark in the most prestigious luxury residential project in Moscow in 2015, created by the international developer Restavracia.

Covering a total surface of 91,420 square meters, the Knightsbridge Private Park, designed by the architect Oleg Rybak, is the symbol of Moscow's vibrant cultural scene and the rebirth of luxury real estate in Russia.

This impressive complex is located 3 km from the Red Square, in the prestigious residential Khamovniki district, known the world over for its wide boulevards, lush parks and prestigious addresses. The 5 buildings of the complex cover 49,000 square meters inside a 2-hectare park - designed by the landscape designer Chris Beardshaw - and comprise a wellness center with swimming pool, gym and spa, a kindergarten, lounge with restaurant, café and exclusive shops for the owners.
In this setting, Margraf marbles play a starring role.

The exterior of the Knightsbridge Private Park complex features the neoclassical style of the eponymous London district with a modern twist. The prestige of the entire complex has been further enhanced with the 20,000 sqm of Margraf marble laid, with a thickness ranging from 3 to 26 cm for the ventilated façades and decorative elements (cornices, windows, corbels, spheres, columns, etc.). The architect selected two different types of material with polished finish: VRATAZA with a uniform beige colour and THALA with a uniform grey colour.

The interiors of all the apartments and penthouses, ranging from 180 to 520 sqm in size, were designed by renowned international designers among whom David Linley, Andrew Martin and Eric Valeev, with natural materials and low-emission technologies (the complex complies with the BREEAM® standard, the most famous and important international certification method for environment-friendly buildings).
