InnJoo Aims to Sell 1 Million Smartphones in Middle East and Africa Region in 2015

- InnJoo ‘ONE’ with Built-In True Octa-Core™ to be Sold Exclusively on Souq.com in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt

– The region’s fastest growing Smartphone provider InnJoo Technology Co. Ltd., today announced the launch of its flagship smartphone ‘ONE’ at a press conference at the Radisson Royal Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road – Dubai.

Employing an innovative factory to consumer model, cutting out channel costs, the high spec device will be sold exclusively through the region’s largest e-commerce platform, Souq.com, starting at a price of AED 499. After launching in the region just six months ago, InnJoo has already sold over 300,000 devices, making it the fastest growing smartphone brand in the region.

The most unique advantage of the InnJoo ONE device is that it includes its own proprietary software, allowing consumers to build their perfect phone by providing feedback via InnJoo’s fast growing social network ‘InnForum’ - an exclusive com-munity to share the latest news and gather feedback from all InnJoo fans. It also comes with InnOS 1.0, customized for a better user experience, with built-in lock-screen animations, as well as InnJoo’s own apps which are available at InnStore.

Weighing just 123 gm, the InnJoo ONE Smartphone is 6.9mm thick and has been aesthetically crafted with a metal frame and glass shield, which fits in seamlessly with its 5-inch HD display. Its compact internal structure makes it thinner, lighter and powerful.

The ONE smartphone is available in two variants, both powered by MediaTek® True8core™ solutions: a 4G model which features MT6752M, MediaTek’s 64 bit LTE processor, and a 3G model which features MediaTek’s MT6592M processor, clocked at 1.7 GHz (4G-LTE) and 1.4 GHz (3G) respectively. Both models have 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM emphasizing the importance of speed and performance.

The MT6752M True8core™ LTE processor powering the ONE addresses the needs of the rapidly growing super mid-market consumer segment. It enables users with high speed internet browsing at up to 150 Mbps, immersive 3D gaming, high-quality video content consumption and concurrent multitasking without experiencing lag times or excessive battery consumption. A 2600 mAh battery with intelligent power-saving module built-in can enable a full day use or more for ONE customer.

For the social photographer and selfie enthusiast, the ONE smartphone has an enhanced 13MP rear camera with F2.0 high aperture, and a 5MP front camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens.

ONE’s users have several modes to choose from catering each photography needs that include: continuous capture, HD video recording, facial recognition and face beauty optimization mode.

Users can also benefit from a 20 percent higher volume when compared to other receivers. Exclusive RNS (RF Noise Suppression) noise-free technology guarantees superior sound quality through its speakers, and its superior audio input with dual microphones enables clarity in call quality.

InnJoo One comes in two colors, black and gold, and will be available in the UAE at a retail price of AED 599 for the 4G model, and AED 499 for the 3G model. Both models will be available at souq.com from 24 March 2015, and consumers can pre-order from 11 March 2015.
