Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania

Hyatt Place, Riyadh Al Sulaimania has announced the appointment of Mohamed Mehina to oversee the culinary direction of the property food and beverage outlets as the new Executive Chef.

 

As Executive Chef at Hyatt Place, Riyadh Al Sulaimania, Mohamed will oversee all culinary operations and development of the hotel outlets, including Gallery Café restaurant, all-day International dining, Terrace rooftop bar with light bites menu, and the lounge.

In addition, he will bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and understanding to enhance further the excellent output of the property's food and beverage team and assist in advancing the brand's position as a leading culinary operator in Riyadh.

 

Mohamed Mehina boasts a rich and diverse culinary background, including classic cooking and modern techniques. He has the expertise to deliver a luxury experience in all food and beverage departments of the hotel. A veteran with 17-year experience within the industry, Mohamed has worked in some of the most famous hotels across Egypt and KSA with unique experience in International, Asian & Arabic food cuisines. Before joining The Hyatt, Mohamed's experience included working for The Four Seasons Hotel Group in Egypt and KSA and at Al-Mashreq Boutique Hotel in KSA.

Having the passion for training employees on the world-class standard of culinary arts and hygiene premium standards was the critical success factor of having Mohamed cope with the impressive culinary techniques, which led to a high level of customer satisfaction.
