Keep shopping Hands Free

Just drop off your shopping bags at the Hands Free collection desks at the mall and continue your shopping spree without any hassle. Your items will be securely sealed and stored along with your contact information and delivery preferences. Customers can have their bags delivered to them anywhere, anytime at the mall for free by using the mobile app or calling the collection desk 15 minutes before they finish shopping. Shoppers can also request for a home delivery using the Mall of the Emirates app at AED 30 for the same day and AED 18 for the next day.

 

Electric Vehicle charging stations

Drive into Mall of the Emirates and get your electric vehicles (EV) fully powered up while you go about shopping and dining. Tesla charging stations are located at the Fashion Dome Valet Parking and on the first and second floors of the mall to offer EV drivers ease and convenience by adding up to 100km range to the battery per hour of charge.
