Hankook Racing Team dominates “Force Drift 2016”

Hankook Racing Team confirmed to be the best racing team, for 2016 drift racing championships this season after the team domination and winning most of drifts race championships for this season, and thus achieving an unprecedented achievement led by Saeed Al Mouri and Mohammed El Orabi. The latest achievement was winning Drift Force final round, which was held in the eastern region under the supervision of the Saudi Arabian Motor Federation and attended by a large crowd, who enjoyed the Hankook Racing Team spectacular performance and drifting skills, where the team’s driver, Mohammed El Orabi, scored his third consecutive and unprecedented achievement that granted him the championship title.

 

Mohammed El Orabi, the first place winner, expressed his delight for clinching the championship title, and said after his coronation by the Saudi Arabian Motor Federation officials: "Last season I could not achieve the desired result, but this season with a strategic plan to win with the support and guidance from Bin Shihon Group, exclusive distributor of Hankook Tire, and team captain Saeed Al Mouri, who oversee our training to ensure our winning of this season. Thanks to God Almighty for this winning, and thanks to my team who stood behind me and gave me all assistance. I would like, as well, to thank Hankook Tire for equipping the car with the strongest and best tires "Z222", that played an important role in resolving results of the championship rounds and making our long-awaited dream to come true".

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile, the team leader and supervisor Saeed Al Mouri commented: "I’m glad we won together as a team this tournament and this unique accomplishment achieved by my colleague Mohammed El Orabi, he has the talent and determination to win, he needed a little experience and guidance, he also benefited greatly from the results of last season".

 

As for the unsatisfactory results achieved by Saeed Al Mouri this season, Al Mauri said: “I have been exposed to some referees errors during qualifying stage, which deprived me some points that were the reason for my disqualification from participation in the final round. As a professional driver, I have to accept whatever referees judgment results, nevertheless, I am very pleased with my colleague El Orabi so big winning.

 

Al Mauri concluded by saying: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, particularly Bin Shihon Group, exclusive distributor of Hankook Tires, for their great role in achieving this victory and accomplishment".
