Hankook Racing Team continues to achieve positive results, where the team's captain, Saeed Al Mouri, celebrated his first podium finish of the 24-hour race in January in Dubai Autodrome; the team continues their brilliant accomplishments and achieved the 1st and 2nd places in the 2nd round of Drift King Championship", which was held last week on Dirab Circuit in Riyadh, with the participation of some of Saudi's most renowned drift professionals. By this new victory, Hankook Racing Team affirmed its domination on all Saudi drift competitions from the beginning of the season. 

 

After his coronation as a winner of the 1st place; Mohammed Al Orabi said: "Thanks God for this remarkable result, which could not be achieved without the keen efforts of my team and the support of my teammate and Coach Captain Saeed. These results sited us as first places competitors in the Championship. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my team for their sincere efforts which helped much to achieve this accomplishment".

 

Meanwhile, Saeed Al Mouri, the team leader and the 2nd place winner, underlined the importance of the team's achievements from the beginning of the season, and said that it was a fantastic start of the season for us and for the sponsoring company that supports us without hesitation, he added: "We persist on podium finish of every round and race, our team is in constant evolution. My team did a great job too, I was qualified for the 4th place, and in the early qualifying stages; my teammate was qualified for the 6th place. We trust that with our usual keen persistence, we will eventually achieve positive results, and bypass all the competitors, and dominate both 1st and 2nd places, and thus achieve podium stand three times in a row in one month." And added: My task was double in order to compensate non participation in the first round because of my participation in the 24-hour race, as well as, to help my teammate Al Orabi to finish the race in 2nd place, and we did it".

 

Al Mouri concluded his statement by stressed that the high performance of the car during the race was due to the new tires, which were provided by Hankook Tire Co., Ltd, as they played an important and significant role in achieving this accomplishment.
