The preparations for the 34th edition of the Jarash Festival for Culture and Arts are currently under way this summer. Jerash 2019 will carry the slogan 'Ashtqalak', which will run from 18th to 28th July, on the archaeological city of Jerash and other centers. Cultural and cultural heritage in the capital and a number of provinces. The festival hosts every year a lot of creative fields of intellectual, literary, musical, theater, composition and visual audiovisual performances that bear young and well-established names in the cultural scene alongside the wide participation of the Jordanian intellectual, craftsman and craftsman. The Jordanian family is encouraged to go to the historic city of Jerash to be part of this event.

The festival's executive director, Ayman Samawi, revealed that the new events, such as the film festival with the participation of 25 cinema films, include an arbitration committee and the presence of Arab stars and critics of Jordan.

 

Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir will perform for the second time in the festival's theaters. There will also be participation by Jordanian singer Omar Al-Abdalat, singer Mohamed Assaf, singer Wael Kfoury, singer Nancy Ajram, Marcel Khalife and singer Makadi Al-Nahas. Will be held on the northern stage and will be characterized by the participation of stars with the weight of the singer Lutfi Bouchnak and the outstanding singer Jahida Wehbe and singer Abeer Nehma. There will also be participation in the festival of the Fuheis Arabic Music Band and the new generation club Circassian and a team of Alexandria, Which will be distributed to all theaters of Jerash archaeological site, and that the management of the festival seeks to restore confidence and the colors of the festival,

Samawi noted that there are cards to attend unified events worth 100 (100 dinars) within the festival's policy to encourage the audience to be suitable for visitors and events. There are 30 poets and 12 Arab poets will participate and there are many poets and Jordanian critics participating, And another on Jerusalem, and will be held 30 activities on the 'main arena' concluded by the musician Dr. Haitham Sukariya.
 The Jerash Festival will also be attended this year by colleagues from newspapers in different Arab countries.
