The 7th of September of every year marks Brazil Independence Day and while it’s being officially celebrated only for one day, Fairmont The Palm decided to spread the happy Latin atmosphere in Dubai for five days – from 3rd to 7th September 2015 in the Brazilian restaurant Frevo.

Authentic Brazilian food lovers, Latin entertainment and festive atmosphere enthusiasts are invited to enjoy the exclusive Brazil Independence Day celebration. For this special occasion, Sao Paolo native chef de cuisine, Fernando Lima has prepared rich authentic menu that using is only the finest ingredients, from the authentic Brazilian soups and traditional starters to the finest Churrascaria meats that are cooked up to 12 hours to reach its exquisite taste.

Furthermore, during the 5-day celebration, Frevo guests will enjoy numerous Brazilian and South American live cooking stations for ceviche and a wide selection of traditional desserts from the different parts of the Samba land including Brazilian Nuts chocolate cake, Brazilian sweets, baba cachaca and Acai tart. Whether guests choose to celebrate in Frevo’s decorated indoors area or on the outdoor terrace and enjoying the stunning views of Dubai Marina skyline and the Arabian Gulf while sipping one of the themed cocktails, a perfect experience is guaranteed to all.

For the live entertainment lovers, the Brazilian Duo will perform a selection of the most famous and well-known Latin songs, where all the attendees are invited to dance. Every night of this exciting 5-day celebration and based on the cheering of the crowd, the best dancing couple will win Frevo’s Signature Fruit Carnival, an exclusive culinary experience created on the winners table and is personally served to them by the restaurant chef.
