EWAAN SHOWCASING ALJAWAN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE PROJECT AT RESTATEX 2015

Ewaan Global Residential Company, one of the leading real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is once again Gold Sponsor of the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition - RESTATEX – being held April 26 – 29, 2015 at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

With a prominent booth at the exhibition, Ewaan is showcasing its four current projects: AlJawan, the company’s first residential project in Riyadh; Alfareeda and Almayar projects in Jeddah; and the Limas housing project in Jubail.

“We are proud to be Gold Sponsor of RESTATEX and are keenly looking forward showing visitors to the exhibition the great progress we have made over the past twelve months,” said Mr. Riyadh Al Thagafi, CEO of Ewaan Global Residential Company.

“Naturally, Riyadh residents will be most interested in AlJawan, which we are developing as residential community consisting of 345 villas on a prime site measuring around 140,809 sqm in an area close to other major residential developments, where there is significant demand for housing, especially from the Saudi citizens".

“Highlighting the effectiveness of our response to the government’s call for the private sector to play a greater role in meeting the Kingdom’s need for affordable housing, we are also showcasing out hugely successful Alfareeda residential project in the north of Jeddah, and Almayar which we are developing as an alternative housing solution on a site adjacent to Alfareeda. In addition we will be showing our Limas gated housing project located in Alhamra district south of Jubail City.”

“At all our projects we are committed to ensuring affordability while maintaining the highest levels of construction and finishing that surpass the buyers’ expectations and set new benchmarks for quality in the Kingdom’s residential real estate development industry.”

Alfareeda is the largest residential project in the Kingdom and is considered to be an exemplary model of modern urban development designed to create an elevated lifestyle for the Saudi citizens.

Costing over SR 1.2 billion, Alfareeda is being built on one million square meters of land in four phases, with each phase selling out as soon as the units go on the market. Phase one, consisting of 324 residential units which were sold off-plan, is now fully completed and the first residential units are currently in the process of hand over to the owners. .

Almayar is Ewaan’s second project north of Jeddah and is designed as a mixed-use integrated development offering alternative affordable residential apartments for small families and singles. Living next to Alfareeda, residents of Almayar will have access to all the world class facilities and amenities of Alfareeda.

Completing its lineup of projects featured at RESTATEX, Ewaan will showcase its Limas gated housing project located in Alhamra district south of Jubail City where demand for housing is being driven by the upcoming new industrial complex. It is expected that Jubail Industrial City’s population will nearly 250,000 by 2020 from the current level of 160,000.

Now in its 17th year, RESTATEX, the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing & Urban Development Exhibition & Forum, is the largest annual real estate event for investors and buyers in Saudi Arabia and expects to receive 30,000 visitors.

The event is under the official patronage of the Minister of Housing Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed. In addition, RESTATEX includes official participation by the Riyadh Development Authority and Riyadh Municipality, while Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a strategic partner.
